International Customers
Customers/Buyers are responsible for local customs duties, taxes, tariffs or any other charges as such on items charged by their country of resident.
I ship by USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL. I determine which shipping company ships the merchandise by cost and location, only if customer request otherwise. In such case, customer/buyer would be responsible for any additional cost and requirement by courier service.

Shipping and Return Policies
Expedited Shipping is available if you need one. You are responsible for the extra charges (shipping and handling).
All items are packaged and shipped in a professional manner.
Items sold for "Parts" cannot be returned, unless states otherwise.
All returned items must be in original condition you received item.
We reserve the right to reject item after inspection (i.e. items with physical damage, incomplete packaging or missing parts) when returned. In the event that physical damage is caused during transit of a return, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier to start a damage claim immediately upon receiving a notification from us. The responsibility is between customer and carrier .
All returned items MUST be in original condition, packaging, sealed, and unused.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it is delivered to our warehouse.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the merchandise.
We will be responsible for shipment of a new product back to the buyer for an exchange.
Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days through PayPal upon arrival of merchandise.
Refund will be made in the same method as it was received by me. (i.e. if you paid by PayPal , I would issue a PayPal refund.)

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
