The Cluster Station is a fluidics device that hybridizes samples onto a flow cell and amplifies them for later sequencing on the Genome Analyzer. During cluster generation, a single DNA fragment (the template) is attached to the surface of an oligonucleotide-coated flow cell and amplified to form a surface-bound colony (the cluster). Cluster generation consists of two main steps: cluster amplification followed by linearization, blocking, and primer hybridization. }

Cluster Amplification—The sample is hybridized onto the flow cell and then isothermally amplified. }

Linearization, Blocking, and Primer Hybridization—The amplified sample is prepared for sequencing using the following three processes: • Linearization—Selectively cleaves off one of the two adapter molecules from the surface of the flow cell. This ensures that subsequent primer hybridization and sequencing only occurs on one of the two possible strands within each cluster. • Blocking—Blocks the 3’ OH ends of the linearized dsDNA clusters, which prevents the addition of fluorophore substrate to anywhere except the hybridized sequencing primer. • Denaturation and Hybridization—Denatures dsDNA, leaving singlestranded templates anchored to the glass flow cell surface, and then hybridizes sequencing primers onto the linearized and blocked clusters, one primer per cluster. After this step, the flow cell is ready for sequencing. With the exception of preparing reagents and template DNA, all cluster generation steps are performed on the Cluster Station

• I ship by USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL. I determine which shipping company ships the merchandise by cost and location, only if customer request otherwise. In such case, customer/buyer would be responsible for any additional cost and requirement by courier service.

• Once an item is shipped I would provide tracking number or custom form number. I would not be responsible for any lost or damage item, once item leaves the US, courier doesn’t have control over your local customs or shipping companies.

Shipping and Return Policies

• Expedited Shipping is available if you need one. You are responsible for the extra charges (shipping and handling).
• All items are packaged and shipped in a professinal manner. 
• I would accept returns for all items within seven days unless otherwise stated.  All items returned at no seller’s fault would be subject to a 20% restocking fee. “SOLD AS-IS” items cannot be returned, unless states otherwise.
• All returned items must be in original condition you received item.
• I reserve the right to reject item after inspection (i.e. items with physical damage or incomplete packaging) In the event that physical damage is caused during transit of a return, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier to start a damage claim immediately upon receiving a notification from me. The responsibility is between customer and carrier .
• All returned items MUST be in original condition, packaging, sealed, and unused.
• No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it is delivered to me.
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges i.e. cost of shipping the merchandise to you (except the auction says free shipping), and cost for you to return the merchandise.
• I will be responsible for shipment of a new product back to the buyer for an exchange.
• Refund will be processed within 7 business days through PayPal upon arrival of merchandise.
• Refund will be made in the same method as it was received by me. (i.e. if you paid by PayPal , I would issue a PayPal refund.)
