USA Customers

  • Items are shipped within two business days after payment is received.

International Customers

  • Items are shipped within two business days after payment is received
  • Customers/Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs or any other charges as such on items being shipped from a foreign country.
  • I ship by USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL. I determine which shipping company ships the merchandise by cost and location, only if customer request otherwise. In such case, customer/buyer would be responsible for any additional cost and requirement by courier service.
  • Shipping price includes shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated.
  • Once an item is shipped I would provide tracking number or custom form number. I would not be responsible for any lost or damage item, once item leaves the US, courier doesn’t have control over your local customs or shipping companies.

Shipping and Return Policies

  • Expedited Shipping is available if you need one. You are responsible for the extra charges (shipping and handling).
  • I ship using recycled products (boxes (sometimes old boxes flipped inside-out), packaging materials, e.t.c) to save on cost and make our planet a greener planet. Merchandise is carefully packaged for shipping.
  • I would accept returns for all items within seven days unless otherwise stated.  All items returned at no seller’s fault would be subject to a 20% restocking fee. “SOLD AS-IS” items cannot be returned.
  • All returned items must be in original condition you received item.
  • I reserve the right to reject item after inspection (i.e. items with physical damage or incomplete packaging) In the event that physical damage is caused during transit of a return, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier to start a damage claim immediately upon receiving a notification from me. The responsibility is between customer and carrier .
  • All returned items MUST be in original condition, packaging, sealed, and unused.
  • No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it is delivered to me.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges i.e. cost of shipping the merchandise to you (except the auction says free shipping), and cost for you to return the merchandise.
  • I will be responsible for shipment of a new product back to the buyer for an exchange.
  • Refund will be processed within 7 business days through PayPal upon arrival of merchandise.
  • Refund will be made in the same method as it was received by me. (i.e. if you paid by PayPal , I would issue a PayPal refund.)

  • I check my email frequently and respond to them within a business day or at most two business days, unless there is an unforeseen situation. If you do not hear back from me within two business days, please resend email, I might not have received your initial email.
